Betting Company
Betting Company – a website (Scorpion Casino) that enables customers to place bets on sporting events online.
Affiliate Program
Affiliate Program – a marketing agency that drives new visitors to a website through affiliate advertising.
Affiliate
Affiliate – a webmaster (individual or company) who meets the criteria of the Affiliate Program at Scorpion Affiliates, refers new customers, and promotes Scorpion Affiliates brands.
Players
Players – the Betting Company's customers who have registered after following an affiliate link.
Earnings
Earnings – the commission amount earned by an Affiliate from the profit generated by the players they have referred.
Profit
Profit – calculated as the total amount of a player’s stakes minus their winnings and admin fees.
Payment Period
Payment Period – the timeframe during which an Affiliate’s earnings become available for withdrawal to external payment systems.
Payout
Payout – the transfer of the Affiliate's earnings from the Affiliate Program account to an external payment system account.
Promotional Materials
Promotional Materials – tools for the online promotion of Scorpion Affiliates.
GGR
GGR - gross gaming revenue. It represents all money generated from player losses in a certain time period, calculated by subtracting player winnings from total wagers. It shows the amount of money that remains with the casino before accounting for expenses such as bonuses, game provider fees, transaction fees, taxes, and operational costs.
NGR
NGR - net gaming revenue, which reflects the casino's earnings after deducting all expenses,including bonuses, payment system fees, royalty fees to game content providers, affiliate
ADMIN FEE
ADMIN FEE – includes costs such as bonuses, payment system fees, game provider royalties,recurring gaming license fees, taxes, etc. The admin fee may vary by gaming vertical, such as casino, sports, and e-sports. International and local transaction fees are not charged to affiliates to maximize their profit.
Rake In Cockfighting
Rake In Cockfighting – for example, if the total valid bets are $5,000 from side A and $5,000 from side B, the total is $10,000. The operator will charge a percentage, say 15%. Therefore, the platform will take $1,500 from the winning side. The $5,000 from the losing side will be transferred to the winning side.
NGR-to-Deposits
NGR/Deposits measures how much revenue is generated from deposits. A higher rate indicates better performance.
Bets-to-Deposits
Bets/Deposits – this ratio indicates the circulation of deposited money in the games. High bets/deposits may suggest excessive bonuses.
HYBRID KPIs
Hybrid KPIs connect money metrics and people-related indicators.
Cost per Acquisition
Cost per Acquisition (CPA) reflects the cost to acquire one player who signs up and deposits. For example, if you spend $10,000 on a campaign and gain 100 first-time depositors (FTDs), the CPA is $100 per player.
Average Revenue per User
Average Revenue per User (ARPU) shows how much an average player contributes to the casino per month, calculated by dividing the casino’s monthly revenue by the number of active players.

Understanding these KPIs helps improve performance related to active or potential players.
Conversion Rate
1. Visit to Registration – percentage of visitors who sign up as players.
2. Registration to Deposit – percentage of registered players who make a first-time deposit.
Customer Lifetime Value
Player Lifetime Value (LTV) measures the revenue a player generates throughout their time with the casino. It is calculated by multiplying the monthly ARPU by the average playing lifetime in months.
Churn Rate
Churn Rate (CR) indicates the proportion of players who stop playing at the casino compared to the total number of active players. A low CR suggests good player retention.
AFFILIATE AGREEMENT
1. Before joining the Affiliate Program, you agree to read, understand, and accept these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Terms and Conditions may change, and you will be notified by email.
3. Only individuals over 18 years of age can participate in the Affiliate Program.
4. Affiliates are responsible for safeguarding their personal data, including usernames and passwords. Scorpion Affiliates is not liable for any loss of personal data.
5. Scorpion Affiliates reserves the right to reject any Affiliate application without explanation.
6. Scorpion Affiliates may amend these Terms and Conditions. The current Terms are those displayed on the Affiliate Program website. Affiliates will be notified of changes via the email address provided at registration.
7. Affiliates will be provided with visual promotional materials (without text). The use of website information in various ways is permitted.
8. Affiliates must not use unsolicited email (spam), Click-under, or Pop-under ads without prior approval. Contextual advertising containing the Scorpion Affiliates brand name or creating websites with the brand name
in domain names is prohibited. Violations will result in account closure and forfeiture of earnings.
9. The use of 'cookie stuffing' techniques is prohibited. Violations will result in account blockage and deletion.
10. Only one registration per participant is allowed. Re-registration as a sub-affiliate is forbidden.
11. Affiliates may not register personal player accounts via their own affiliate links or collude with other players.
12. Affiliates must disclose traffic sources and promotion methods. Deceitful information or damaging promotions will result in termination of the Affiliate agreement and confiscation of earnings.
REFERRAL COMMISSION
Earnings depend on the revenue generated from players referred through the Affiliate link. Fraudulent players, bonus abusers, or self-excluded players will not qualify for rewards.
COMMISSION PAYOUTS
Commissions are paid monthly (by the 15th for the previous month) if payment details are agreed upon and earnings exceed $100. Unmet amounts carry over to the next period. Payments may be delayed up to 2 months due to technical issues or traffic verification.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEDURE
Participants can challenge issues by sending evidence and reasons to the Affiliate Program Support Team. Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days. Abusive language or false information in correspondence is prohibited.
